Riverbay Falls is a city on a river, with a police department that closes cases it has not solved.
I write about it. There is a crime novel, and there are playable case files built out of the same city: real police documents, a red pen, six numbers, and a name at the end of them.
The case files are free. All of them, always. No account, no email, nothing to unlock. Part of each case is played on the department's own system at riverbayfalls.com, so the paper and the website are halves of the same thing.
New cases when they are ready rather than on a schedule.
